I recently ordered more mask cushions for my cpap. Once again, I was sent the wrong thing. This would be the third or fourth time this has happened. It has been VERY FRUSTRATING dealing with them.
I have been waiting a long time for a new Cpap, and it has finally come, but with the wrong mask. I let them know and the next thing they sent was an oxygen supply kit (which I don't use). HOPEFULLY, next time they will get it right!
After 22 years of use and res up ply I was denied resupply until I completed a new sleep study and received a physicians order-I was dismayed. I called customer service from our SC home, was connected to Ashley and my problem was resolved. Ashley was empowered to search Apria’s data base for my most recent sleep study performed in CT. It would be nice if there were two or three additional head bands.
A man delivered my equipment and explained what to do and how . I have now had the chance to explain the equipment to two other ladies, because they wasn't told how to operate their equipment. Thanks Johnny

I like the machine that I received This time it's much smaller and more convenient . I wish that the Emergency tank was smaller because it's to big and bulky.
