I called twice and waited 1 hour each time. My oxygen concentrator is no longer working. It is critical that I receive a replacement. Customer service is poor and hard to deal with. I need a rep to call me.
Been with these guys for 3 weeks and still can't use my equipment the lady forgot to give me a hose and now they won't give me another one.

Absolutely awful customer service and a predatory, unprofessional agency. They’ve been taking advantage of my elderly parents and refused to come and collect their equipment but continues to charge us.
These folks have the ethics & integrity of a used tampon. They don't need my $$$
