This place is great. My mom is coming into town for my daughter’s graduation from 8th grade and called the corporate office who said they needed 2+ weeks, but called these guys in Farmington and they took care of her no problems. They also provide excellent service, I overheard the guy at the front helping out a woman on the phone and was super kind and helpful in trying to help her out with her concentrator.
Truly awful... Prescribed a specific CPAP and mask, it has been 3 months and still waiting. They sent a different mask and CPAP after many calls and emails, it is noisy and uncomforable, my sleep is awful. The office staff is pleasant enough, but I have called more than two dozen times and still no replacement equipment, even though it has been promised. I was told I could get the mask through the supplies number, which I called and was directed to Mark in the Phillipines, who told me I needed to deal with the local office. ... read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT QUICK AS CRAP TO CALL FOR ANY CHARGES OWED! GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH ON THE PHONE!
I called twice and waited 1 hour each time. My oxygen concentrator is no longer working. It is critical that I receive a replacement. Customer service is poor and hard to deal with. I need a rep to call me.
Been with these guys for 3 weeks and still can't use my equipment the lady forgot to give me a hose and now they won't give me another one.
