Absolutely awful customer service and a predatory, unprofessional agency. They’ve been taking advantage of my elderly parents and refused to come and collect their equipment but continues to charge us.
These folks have the ethics & integrity of a used tampon. They don't need my $$$
I don't know why they bother having a phone number. No one answers it, and there's no way to leave a message.
