This company is a mess. No one wants to do their job or help. Customer service is non existent. Their delivery/pick up guy is appallingly snarky. They deserve zero stars.
I have been trying to call the local office for over three weeks to schedule a fitting appointment. I get the Phillipines or wherever the answering service is at and no one knows how to call the local office. So I am getting ready to look for another company. Will not deal with a company that the only people you can talk to are ones using scripted answers to the most commonly asked questions.
One of the most unprofessional and incompetent firms I’ve ever dealt with. As a physician who used to treat obstructive sleep apnea patients, surgically, and now as a recipient for CPAP items from Apria, I assumed they were cognizant of the risks of not using CPAP, if someone had OSA. I called them and said I had a hose leak, preventing my CPAP use. They sent me masks and headgear, which was fine, then withheld the hose, the most critical item I stated I needed. This company does nothing but steal and take advantage of people. My mother needed a wheelchair for a brief period of time while she was recovering, and she received a wheelchair while still in the hospital. First of all, we were never told that this wheelchair was a loaner, until she was continuously billed for it.
