One of the most unprofessional and incompetent firms I’ve ever dealt with. As a physician who used to treat obstructive sleep apnea patients, surgically, and now as a recipient for CPAP items from Apria, I assumed they were cognizant of the risks of not using CPAP, if someone had OSA. I called them and said I had a hose leak, preventing my CPAP use. They sent me masks and headgear, which was fine, then withheld the hose, the most critical item I stated I needed. This company does nothing but steal and take advantage of people. My mother needed a wheelchair for a brief period of time while she was recovering, and she received a wheelchair while still in the hospital. First of all, we were never told that this wheelchair was a loaner, until she was continuously billed for it. I ordered from them twice, and in that time they messed up my insurance information, even after speaking with my insurance directly with me on the phone, and began sending me bills monthly. In the course of a year, I had to have my insurance reach out to them to get the bill cancelled (as I had only used Apria's services twice) multiple times, only for the same bill to get renewed and sent to me over and over again.
