I ordered from them twice, and in that time they messed up my insurance information, even after speaking with my insurance directly with me on the phone, and began sending me bills monthly. In the course of a year, I had to have my insurance reach out to them to get the bill cancelled (as I had only used Apria's services twice) multiple times, only for the same bill to get renewed and sent to me over and over again.
