I would rate Scott Cundiff a five star appraiser. His work was most definitely thorough. He obviously knows how to interpret many variables.

Very quick and complete.
Scott Cundiff, was one of the worst appraisers I have ever had. First he told us we would get a certain value. But worse is that he cashed the check I gave him as soon as he left our house. Then he took about one week to email the appraisal to me. I rate negative stars. It is EXTEMELY unprofessional to cash a check immediately.
Scott provided excellent service. I will recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal.
