Very professional and nice.
I hired a Appraise the Rockies to get the value of our home for a divorce. I am no longer at the home, but my soon-to-be ex was supposed to be home at the time of the appraisal. I have yet to find out from this company if the appraisal was done, but they did cash the check. The appraisal was scheduled for 7 days ago.
Worked on the appraisal of our construction project but ultimately it was over 100k too low. We had a second appraisal at the end of the project that came in over 100k higher than this one. That low appraisal cost us some serious cash in closing our construction loan.
Connie was absolutely everything one could want in an appraiser. Professional, personable, answered all my questions and concerns. She was on time and looking forward to receiving my report in a couple of days.

Scott was very responsive, and it was easy to schedule the appraisal with him. He showed up on time and collected the information he needed, and returned a report to us within the time frame he promised.
This was a joke! He used comps for other houses that were nothing like ours. Put we have beautiful tile and hardwood floor, what we really have is purgo and terrible Mexican tile. When I emailed and text him the day he sent our apprasial over with a question he never got back to me and because of this we couldn't even use his appraisal. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of what he did and not returning my email it cost me to loose my house in the divorce. Can't say enough bad things about Scott.
