Actually, all of my dealing was with Dave Colberg of Service Magic. I didn't have contact wtih Appraise the Rockies, although the Appraisal that came in looked very professional and detailed.
Scott was good. He cam on time and did the appraisal of my home.
He provided professional service on two properties - on time, as expected.
