A.T. came thru when the scheduled appraiser stopped returning my calls & it was supposed to be done the next day! He was on time, friendly & did a thorough job.

It took several weeks (3)to receive the appraisal report. I was quoted a lesser time (5 days) and was ghosted after the initial meeting. After calling and emailing over a few weeks, I got a response when I called from another number. While I received the appraisal report, the service was off putting and I would not recommend.

I hired A.T for evaluating a property that I was purchasing with all-cash in the DFW area, undoubtedly, I wanted some assurance for the ask price that I was paying. I cannot speak for the value he arrived at, but I thought it was fair. Importantly, A.T was a very diligent and righteous appraiser who you could rely on. He exhibited honesty, great work ethics, and professionalism throughout the project cycle. His approach of valuing properties was very robust, and I would work with him again as his numbers could be trusted.

A.T. Is a very helpful and unbiased opinion when buying a home. He was on time to our appointment and listened to other home owner as well as myself. I had questions and called a few hours later which he answered himself promptly. I would highly recommend using A.T.
