Appliance Warehouse has been in business for over 20 years and are proud members of the Better Business Bureau since 1995. When we started our store, we wanted to stand behind our merchandise and sell the cleanest, best quality product we could find. We wanted our used appliance store to stand out from the rest; more like 1 of a kind, where you could save a ton of money on used appliances, but have the quality and integrity of buying from a clean retail store.

I purchased a refrigerator, paid for tax and delivery fee and was promised delivery and installation today. Apparently installation is not included if the delivery person has to climb more than 2 steps. I have a 4 step porch that had a wheelchair ramp that was apparently too dangerous for the delivery person even though it works for my husband and I, who both have mobility issues. We have signs posted everywhere stating we do not deliver up or down stairs with NO exceptions. The pictures below can tell you that its not a couple steps.. and the so called " ramp" is not safe enough for a normal person to walk up , let alone for a delivery driver walking backwards UP said ramp with a 300lb + refrigerator on an appliance dolly. We just moved and needed a refrigerator and someone let us know about Appliance Warehouse. They did not disappoint, it was a great experience. We were greeted with a friendly face and anytime we had a question there was someone right there to answer. We had the refrigerator delivered and it arrived in the time slot that they promised. The delivery guy was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't have the line to hook up the water and he was able to advise me on what one to get and the variances that are out there. Life savers! Love this place, always have through our last 3 moves. Today, Sam delivered our washer & dryer. His knowledge of the brand from his years at Sears was invaluable. Sam was courteous and professional really going above & beyond with the install. I recommend Appliance Warehouse highly!!

We purchased a refrigerator in January, and the experience was fun and non-stressful. Our salesperson was informative and knowledgeable and we felt like we got good value for our money. The appliance was delivered right when they said it would arrive, but the best part has been the courtesy we've received since then: the fridge has needed a couple of small repairs and they are prompt to send out the repairman the next day. We have purchased our appliances here for years. Staff us helpful and friendly. Bought a freezer and dryer. Sam delivered both, everything went smoothly. He even hauled off my old dryer.
