The staff was very friendly and helped me the second I walked through the door. The prices are great and they back all there products with a warranty which gives peace of mind on not buying lemon. I would recommend coming here for all appliance needs.
I'd rather pay full price at Home Depot than deal with the inane staff here. Apparently delivery driver's backs are so fragile they can't walk up 3 steps - not stairs - steps. We offered to pay extra to compensate but still nothing. Incompetent snowflakes. Hope you enjoyed watching money walk out your door.

I'm sorry you are angry with our policy but we do care about the health and well being of our drivers and with our Workers Compensation Insurance at an all time high its a choice our small business has had to make. They were friendly and efficient! We found a washer, got a great deal and were out of there quickly!
They give people junk.....get all appliance insurance.....they insure all your home appliances and even heat pumps....AC....stove...stand alone freezers...washer....dryer....fridge...stove....and much more for 370.00 every 13 months !!!! If all your appliances stop working....you get all brand new.....look it up....I'll post on my page...! U suck appliance warehouse...and I can say this because I've bought washer and dryer....both were broke....tub leaked and dryer burnt out in 98 days !!!!

I purchase a washer and dryer in June of 2015 ....8 months ago for $250 and the dryer went out last week
I had a great experience. I bought a refridgerator before and loved it and now buying one for my parents. The people are amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and go the extra mile to help u. I recommend them to everyone.
