I always like to have the best product available. It's quite obvious that they need high maintainence but when you're in the same town as Appliance Medic, you have got nothing to worry about. It's wonderful how they never ever disappoint in terms of their service! Not only are the technicians highly skilled but the equipment they use is always advanced. The company really upgrades itself as the appliances and their technology does. Really pleased by their work, would love to be a regular customer.
When I consult a company for their services, I always have a concern about the quality of service but when it comes to Appliance Medic, that concern literally just evaporates! The technicians are hard working and honest with their work. They maintain great attitude and are always ready to help with any queries one might have. Every so often I have a problem with my washer. After years of waiting around for sears to come between the hours of 10am and 4 pm I decided to try a local business. The repair guy from Appliance Medic (Mosh) showed up exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem with my washer quickly and came back the following day and installed the part. I called Appliance Medic Services and they were able to set an appointment for the following day. Benjimin called before he came; he was able find to find and fix the problem in a short space of time. Benjimin even gave me some tips to keep my washer running longer. Appliance Medic Services gives excellent service with a smile and I would encourage anyone to use their service with confidence. Appliance MedicServices gave a great price with a 90 day warranty to stand behind their work. This was quick and reliable service.
Arie came to fix my Ge double wall oven, which is approximately 20 years old. Not only did he do a great job, but also a very personable, young man. I would definitely use Appliance medic andtheir services again for any time one of my appliances acts up.
