I've been going to Appliance Medic for over a year now for all my needs. I think they're very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. My bosch dish washer had leaking water every time I turned it on, so I had to call their team to look over the issue. I chose appliance medic because I have the highest level of trust on them. I never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them!

These guys are the most professional problem handlers I've ever seen. Their methodology to solve any problem is just unique. It was amazing for me how they solved my viking microwave in an hour. I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your technician days back on 3rd March 2017. I was facing the problem of constant malfunctioning of my LG Washing Machine. I was attended by your junior technician in your Novelty Branch. He hardly took 10 minutes to rectify the problem of my washing machine. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations.

In diagnosing and repairing my 2 years old samsung air conditioner - not once but twice - you were extremely fair and honest throughout the process. In this age of big box stores and instant information, its refreshing to see top-notch customer service. I know and understand why your lot is full and the shop is constantly busy - you and your staffs should be proud of the business.
Appliance medic has always been here whenever I needed them. At times my whirlpool washing machine stopped rinsing the clothes I couldn't have washed my clothes with hands I thought I will have to wait for a week before the washing machine got repaired but appliance medic gets to your door with a single call.
