I called Appliance-Medic on Saturday morning at 9am in desperation as my washer stop draining water. By 2pm that afternoon, Appliance-Medic showed up, checked it out, made a diagnosis (busted water pump), gave an estimate, and told us that he would have to order the part. He told me that he would be coming the next day between 3 and 6pm to repair it. He called again to see if I would be home earlier (which I was) and he showed up closer to 2pm. Called Appliance Medic to service my Kitchen Aide Refrigerator which needed to have a filter replaced. The appointment was schedule for the next day. Appliance Medic , the technician called to let me know when he would be arriving which was very helpful as it was beyond the time frame. Traffic was horrible. Appliance Medic team was efficient, and got everything done in less than an hour. I was very pleased and now I know I need to have my refrigerator serviced once a year. I will be calling again for sure!!!
I bought a used refrigerator a few months ago and the freezer has been leaking basically since I bought it. I decided to get a repairman to come out, , who Appliance-Medic- was professional and kind right from the beginning. He knew what was wrong with the fridge right away, gave me a quote for the repairs, and did them within a very short period of time. We are customers for life. Our fridge has been leaking, ice maker not working, lots of little problems. We called to schedule an appointment Thursday for the weekend and had no problems booking a time frame that worked for us . This company is great. We had a fridge that didn't fit in our new apartment so we went to trade it in. They gave us a fantastic deal on a fridge. About a month later, actually 2 days after the warranty ends, Appliance medic came out to fix our fridge. they were friendly, helpful, and they gave us a break on the repair costs. My refrigerator stopped working for a few days and my food began to spoil. A friend recommended Appliance medic Repair and I called them to fix the problem. Not only did I receive friendly, helpful customer service, but the technician, stacy , was punctual and extremely accommodating. He immediately identified the problem and I had my refrigerator up and running later that day. I was very pleased with my entire experience and will make sure to return to Appliance medic any time I need an appliance services or repaired.
The absolute worst company I have every had the misfortune to deal with. If you can wait a year for your appliance to be fixed then this company is for you. No one ever calls back !!!!!
Thank you for delivering your hassle free service at my door step. I have had many instances with my electronics like when my referigerator stopped working or my airconditioner stopped cooling and appliance medic has been the only service I could trust as their service varies to wide range of appliances.
