Absolute liar this business owner is! Assigned to us through a warranty company, dragged out our repair, didn’t fix it. Told the warranty company it was fixed. Unprofessional, unreliable and not truthful.
RecommendedJordan called when he was on his way twice so I had a sense of when he would arrive and did not have to stay home all day waiting. He was a friendly, smart, efficient repairman who also gave me tips on how to care for my other appliances. Wow, you don't get service like this anymore...

We called on a Thursday Dec 19th because our Samsung fridge wasn’t cooling. The appliance medic came and tried to do some diagnostics. He was on the phone constantly trying to talk to someone who might know how to repair the fridge. He told me that he thinks he knows what the problem is and wants to confirm with another person who just fixed this issue. My fridge got broken Sept 2017. The person from Appliance Medic (Monsey location) showed up as official LG Repair Representative. Hi did some diagnostics (he was constantly on the phone asking for advice) and told me that he need to order some parts (refused to tell me what parts exactly) and it will take 1-2 weeks. That's it. Right now its March 2018 and my fridge is still broken. No parts, no calls, no return calls, no service. All my calls and messages are ignored. Stay away from this company.
I think that Your Mechanic is especially useful for someone with my lifestyle, because I’m very busy. I wasn’t totally sure about the problem. I just had the check motor light come up. I had Your Mechanic come in and I just said, "Fix everything." The mechanic took care of all of it within a few hours.
I dont want to even give them a 1 star. Worst service experienced. My stove is still not repaired since april and they were here at least 6x
I came to know about Appliance Medic from a friend of mine. I started following appliance medic on facebook initially and it was not a dissapointment. They keep updating tips on maintaining different appliances. Last weekend my oven stopped working and that is when I first called Appliance Medic and they saved my weekend!
