Mark came to our house after getting our call late in the morning.Refrigerator was not cooling.The refrigerator is an Amana(out of warenty) and Mark had been out previously on 6-09,to fix what turned out to be the same problem.The computer board had failed. When Mark came out this time,10-10 he replaced the computer board,again,out of warrenty,but DID NOT charge us a service fee,parts only!! Laundry room hot and had odor due to leak in vent line. Replaced needed portions.
My dryer was not heating up. I called Appliance Doctor and the receptionist, Tracey, was very accommodating and truly seemed to care about my issue. She moved some things around so that Mark could come out the very same day... only hours after I called. Mark was able to diagnose and fully fix my issue in about an hour. He also cleaned out under my fridge at no extra charge and showed me how to do it myself in the future! Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable.
