Great job determining the defect and making the repair. GE oven not heating up. Mark tested the electrical circuit, found the problem to be in the connection to the oven, not the oven itself, and made the repair. Very efficient and at a fair price. Jennifer, the office associate, was very helpful in making the appointment. She asked questions about the appliance and scheduled the appointment to fit around my schedule. Will always call them 1st.

Mark has come out and fixed my Dryer, Dishwasher and Ice maker. He always takes the best of care of every appliance. He came out 3 times to help with ice maker and only charged me for one visit. He is a great guy who knows his stuff. Would never go anywhere else. Jennifer in the office is tremendous with follow up and keeping track of everything. Would not trust anyone else.

Our Maytag fridge was not keeping food cold. Our service person was prompt and knew what needed to be fixed. The office called us in the a.m. to notify what time the tech would be out within a 2 hour window. That is exactly the time frame he was there.

They have saved me so much money over the past year and a half. I've used their service a few times. The owner is great and personable. He always treated me with respect and gave me very reasonable prices. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

I made an account here just for the sole purpose of writing this review. The appliance Doctor came to my house to replace a backed up ice maker that was leaking all over the freezer. When he showed up, he immediately took it apart. He found the mechanism that turns the teeth of the ice maker was shot. He said this was a common problem and he carries spares with him that we can buy for $90 bucks. He said he doesn't like to rip people off and they usually run $130 bucks. So I checked. I rarely write reviews, but I feel I really have to get the words out for Appliance Doctor because I was very satisfied with the refrigerator service. I called Appliance Doctor for my refrigerator water leak problem and was able to schedule an appointment on the next day. Mark came to service my refrigerator. He made sure he tested everthing to find out what the exact problem was. He is very knowledgable.
