me my boyfriend and his cousin ate here the other day and my potatoes was burnt , my boyfriend steak was really pink in the inside when he specifically asked for it to be well done and same for his cousin his steak was also pink .... we also had an unfriendly waitress I didn't like her attitude she seem like she didn't wanna be there .
Went there once, will never go again. Service was bad, food was terrible.

Eat here 3 times a week or more, always good food, bartenders are cool. Managers are pretty decent. Had some problems with them early on not wanting Simpson's or family guy on the big TV's, but they convinced me it was a corporate thing... :) It's like cheers with better lighting. Keep up the good work.
I would like to say the service was very poor. The waiter tried hard to provide good service. However, the food preparation was poor and meat undercooked. The manager was rude and confrontational to us as customers after messing up our orders and not even serving some of our guest. She took off one meal to make up for completely ruining our dinner and night. I gave you guys 1 star because the service me and my family had gotten the other night was horrible I asked for a classic burger plain and well done you wanna know what me and my family had got? We had undercooked burgers so we tell the manager hoping the second time around when they brought our food out after fixing it we take a bite and it's still way to undercooked , the manager was very confrontational and wasn't acting professional

All of their employees are so courteous and helpful. My friend that was with me has a walker the Hostess held the door open for us. The food was great the onion rings were the best I've ever had. Will definitely go back again.
