We walked out tonight. Waited at least 15 minutes and did not get waited on. No one even took our drink orders. Table we were sat at was sticky along with the carpet. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!
The waitress was beyond great! The food came quickly and was hot and delicious. Even had some ribs to bring home for later.
There was 7 in our party, we were seated right away, but had to sit one person at the head of the table which would have made for cramped space, but another table opened up and the waitress moved us to the bigger table for 8. Our waitress Tammy, was very good, food was excellent and we all left there full. Good price for the food we received, will definitely go back.
My baby back ribs were very messy and tough not alot meat. Brought home a macaroni and cheese for my husband he said it was okay not really that good macaroni and cheese he's used to. I like Applebee's and I'll go back it's just wasn't a great experience I just want to order those again. Got a Bahama Mama and it was good. The server was new but she was very conscientious about checking out to make sure everything was okay
Was here Wednesday evening with my husband and got some horrible food poisoning � Will Not be back !!!!!
Service was terrible.. no water was ever asked or brought to table. We received appetizers and no plates. Ordered alcoholic beverages that were horrible.
Enjoyed coming together with my former work team at Applebee’s, the Manager visited our table often and expressed how she appreciated our business. The servers where few due to sickness. The glasses were where not the best but they immediately replaced them. Great Time 👍🏾
My husband and I ate there yesterday.i have to say...our waiter was very nice and joyful.... (Black guy with long braids)... He was awesome!! my salad was good along with my margarita.. My husband's steak was terrible.. Two little patties with fat thru it.. And he didn't care for his drink .and they took away riblets... I doubt we go back.. Too bad that waiter can't go somewhere else...He was just a very nice guy!!
The customer service was horrible, we asked for a manager the manager came out asked one question and walked away. Did not apologize, did not try to compensate, did not even seem to care. I and the other 9 people I went with will not be returning.
