The ribeye was good, overcooked for medium rare but good otherwise but the service not so much. Took forever to get menus. Our waitress was very slow easily distracted. Was never offered a refill throughout the entire meal except when our checks were brought. Then the bathrooms were terrible. Floors filthy, stalls filthy, sink and mirror were filthy. Applebee's standards have fallen quite a bit. I remember a better restaurant growing up. I understand the labor shortage but you should still take pride in your work.
Bad service. Place was really dirty. Defenetly not going there again.
Food was ok, my drink was amazing .... but in their defense I also wasn't very hungry and am not a bacon person . But I've had worse
I normally love this chain however this location had me heading for the doors before I could even take a seat. I am unsure if this is temporary or considered normal however moment I walked in there was a terrible smell that caught me off guard. Almost a sewer smell. The area you wait to be seated had damp walls and floors. We waited long enough to make the best call and find somewhere eles. The staff seemed very nice but we just couldn't stay. We may try again at a later date.
Same old worn out fixtures, carpet, eating out is supposed to be fun and exciting, not here, the most exciting part is when they bring your bill so you can get out of there. The food is beyond boring
