In the 30 years I have been dining at the Applebee's chain, this visit was disappointing. I waited a few minutes before anybody came out to seat me. When the server asked what I wanted to drink, I said a chocolate shake and she said they weren't able to serve shakes. My next choice was a Coke Zero and she said that location (Newnan-9156) didn't offer them anymore. I declined a diet coke and went for regular Coke. The vertical blinds were filthy. Service was ok. All in all next time we'll go to Ruby Tuesday's.

Loved it. Had a good time and great service. Food was brought out fast and hot.
The food was cold an the ribs was tuff. I will not be going back no time soon...
We ate there this weekend. It was really bad. It took 35 minutes to get our food. My Southwest Steak Salad was laughable. $11.00 for a tiny salad and 5 strips of steak. I took a picture but there was not an option to allow me to add the picture in this review, it's in the comments
It was the worst meal ever. The manager asked my wife how does she like the nachos and she said they are nasty and he said really and walked away. Waited almost 20 minutes to get a refill on my drink out here with nothing to drink while the waitress sat in the corner typing on her iPhone the whole time. I finally had to ask her can I have something to drink. Everything we asked for they didn't have she told us they're changing the menu but they haven't put out the new menus yet.
