Salad came out after my meal even after I said I didn’t want it at that point. Manager brought it out and didn’t even offer to comp the salad upcharge. Wife’s fries had little to no seasoning. Mozzarella sticks tasted like frozen store bought that you would just drop in the fryer. Typical Applebee’s experience. Only went because wife had a $50 gift card which turned out not to be activated. Having to pay for this meal out of my pocket only made the experience worse. Would hesitate to go back even if meal was free.

Head and shoulders above the location in LaGrange. The atmosphere is serene, the food and service top notch. No complaints at all.
There is only one word for this Applebee’s...AWFUL!!! I have given it plenty of chances too. The service is very bad!!! It took 15 minutes to get waited on at all and then another hour to get our meal. It wasn’t busy at all!!! My food was wrong and then wrong again. I told them to just forget it and take it off the bill. The manager was no where to be seen because he hides in the back of the restaurant all the time. This Applebee’s is in dire need of a brand new staff all the way around!!! Pathetic!!!
Ordered take out tonight. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:01. My husband waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes, all they would tell him is the chicken was taking a long time. WHAT? And after waiting for 45 minutes, all they did was give us an order of fries. Will not be going back. Go to O'Charleys instead.
Thank you for having our school in the morning to have a Flapjack fundraiser. Everyone loved it and it was a pleasure to work with your amazing staff . The kids really appreciate the experience they had this morning and the money they made for the CBMS Washington trip .
The food , grilled chicken with shrimp and some potatos was very skimpy for the 18.00 price , 3 small shrimp. Wasn't very crowded for dinner time. Carpet looks dirt. Staff was nice , food was hot. Will not be back
Slow service....bad attitude by host and waitress.
