RecommendedVery disappointed by the length of time it took from time of ordering and receiving meal appetizer took 25 minutes dinner 50 minutes before receiving meal and they were not busy . Food was good

after sending my daughter food back twice for the wrong item we just gave up on getting the right dinner (chicken mac and cheese how hard is that?). same waitress who took our order got in a disagreement with an employee on the back which we could hear from our table

Sent in an email about how badly run the ormond location was on Sunday and I get an email saying you would respond in 3-5 business days. What kind of response time is that? Do you think the situation has been handled? No. It hasn’t. Nobody has responded and yet I still go up there and there’s still a 45 minute wait to be seated with an empty restaurant along with a 45 minute wait on food. No wonder Steak ‘n Shake next door is always pumping out food and you guys just sit there twiddling your thumbs hoping business comes in. ... read more

More like no service. We were seated fast but we waited 20 minutes and no one came to even take our drink order. It wasn't even that busy. We got up & left. We told the hostess that no one came to our table. She said "Oh really?.. That was Lisa's table." Well, whoever Lisa is.. thanks for nothing & to the hostess, a simple apology would've been ok.
Horrible service! We waited 15 mins after being seated to place our drink order. Our appetizers came a minute or two before the entrees. While we were there 2 other parties were seated and got up and walked out since no one ever came back to take their order. The restaurant was not even half full. We asked for a to go container and we're given one not large enough to take home the food so had to wait for another. At no time did they ever acknowledge or apologize for any of it. Not going back here again.
