Oh PLEASE DON'T stop here! It was horrible! Server was awesome but the food...I wouldn't feed it to my goat!
Had lunch here & we had great service, the food was quick, bloodymary was delicious but the rice was dry, plain, & tasted like boxed rice. But everything else was good. The Applebee's in California where I lived was horrible. So big improvement from what I'm use to.

Food was pretty good but poor service sets a bad tone. Our appetizer was brought with no plates, sulverware, or sauces. Waitress acted as tho it was a bother when we asked for things.
I had not been here in a few years. I use to love it but i wont be back. The service was ok but our food was nearly impossible to eat. Potatoes were not done so she has to bring us fries. The chicken was dry and over seasoned. We went on a Friday night and it was basically empty. I can see why....
My first call to Guest Relations 800# was March 17. On two seperate occasions; we paid with gift cards leaving the exact small balance on each card. On the next trip we tried to pay using these two small card balances and cash. We were told that only one of them had a balance. As an old accountant for all of my working life; I had made notations of each transaction and had my receipts.
