Service suck food suck chef can't cook
WORST SERVICE EVER. It took 20 minutes before someone came to our table. We ordered a coke, unsweet tea and our meals. I received my coke and 1 out of my 2 appetizers within 10 minutes. Now 15 MORE minutes have passed- still no sign of the unsweet tea, salads, entrees, silverware, waiter, nothing. We called for a manger to speak to and waited another 10 minutes (while we could all hear them yelling in the back). after sending my daughter food back twice for the wrong item we just gave up on getting the right dinner (chicken mac and cheese how hard is that?). same waitress who took our order got in a disagreement with an employee on the back which we could hear from our table

Very good Good service, we all enjoyed our food I had French Onion soup and Caesar salad. Freida and Sandi had shrimp salad, Freida had tomato basil soup and Sandi had French onion. Best onion soup
The place was dirty, with lots of dirty tables. Waiter poor interaction no eye contact and threw items (napkins, fork) on the table . BTW had to request these items. Food was lukewarm( barely), wonton tacos were soggy with all chicken no taste. Order a grilled chicken breast with the rest of the food never came out. Another waiter took care of us as best he could instead of the waiter that was assigned to the our section.

Sat here over an hour and still no food, it so happens that a family member came in 15 mins after my family and we’re already eating and almost done by the time we got our food, service is horrible, then when we do get food there is no clean silverware so they give us plastic. The men’s restroom is discussing and went to go wash my hands and there is no paper towels only a toll of toilet paper on top of the paper towel dispenser. Me and my family will not be coming back to another Applebee’s ever!
