I don't know where these people are going but I love this Applebee's. Never had a problem with the food or the service. I love it there!!
Got take out tonight and it was terrible. Had to go back in and get sour cream and butter for baked potatoes. No silverware. And when we got home the food was awful. The baked potatoe was rotten looking on one side and the chicken finger was burnt and tiny! Had not been here in years and won't be back!
This has got to be the worst place ever to eat at now. Food arrived and it needwd more sauce. I asked the waiter for more and she said it has sauce in it, i was like ok and i still need more can you bring some more. The food was cold so i swnt it back and within five minutes she was back with the same plate that i had already cut my chicken up in. Today we had the most awful experience. 1 star is too good, it was well below the scale. We arrived at opening. The 1st clue....our waitress had something hanging from her nose. Although concerned, we were on a tight schedule and the very 1st customers of the day. When the drinks came out had debris in them. We then requested to go cups with water and plastic utensils. In correct to go order. My son brought order home and we noticed it was missing 2 items. Called a spoke to Monica who stated she was the manager and it was their fault due to them forgetting to put items in the bag. She was nice enough to inform us that applebees does not give refunds or concessions but I could spend more time and gas to go back due to their mistake. No thanks!!! Won't be back.
