Apple Valley Country Store in Hood River Oregon is celebrating its 20th year as one of Hood River's favorite visitor attractions. Located in the midst of picturesque orchards, forrests and farmlands, our family has been making homemade jams, jellies, and pies in the store's kitchen for over 20 years.The White family bought the run down building in 1989 to use as an outlet to sell their organic apples and produce grown on their farm. RecommendedTheir baked goods are excellent. Today I got a chocolate hazelnut turnover and a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Both were tender and huge treats that lasted me all day. I also picked up a jar of their cherry almond pear jam. Unique flavor and SO GOOD!! Thanks Apple Valley for offering samples.
Love Love Love the Huckleberry Milkshakes, and Huckleberry anything else they have in the store, their jams and jellies are the best, especially the Cherry Pie Jam, so rocks. I have been going there for many years, never fails to deliver, except when they run out LOL
This place is great specially for the delicious jams . We can’t wait to go back again. Hopefully this year we’re going back to hood river Oregon . Is beautiful always beautiful 😊
