How can u charge 3000 dollars to send a vehicle from frederick to martinsburg... mr bobby has the most ridiculous sales strategy. He is the textbook rip off car salesman. This place is absolutely horrible! They treat their employees like garbage and have a very big favoritism problem! I highly recommend going to another dealership! They do NOT care about anything but their money!!
Last July our son bought a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze and has had no problems at all. Then my husband and I were given a great deal in a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado truck a week ago and so far the sales group, the finance dept and the service department have treated us with kindness and respect. Will recommend to others. Thank You Miller's Apple Valley!!!
