Several weeks before Christmas I called and made an appointment to have a recall on my Monte Carlo. The girl I spoke with literally started an argument with me that my Monte Carlo was NOT a Chevrolet. I said, I have owned Monte Carlo's since 1976, I believe I know what I'm talking about. So even though our chevy was under warrenty they still wanted 100 to hook it up and then say that battery isnt covered yada yada. Didnt bother with it. Called our original dealer said it was total bullshit that another chevy dealer wouldnt help us out on what we were covered for. We only went there because it was closer to us than criswells. Criswells is taking care of us today.
I took my car to have it looked at for idle problem and a hard start problem... I paid $130 to wait 3hrs and have them not to fix a damn thing just give me codes the same any auto parts store does for free. Plus the mechanic didnt was no help didnt know nothing. Im not going here again also telling other not to aswell. This place is a joke!!!!!
