Had a leak under the house, 2 other plumbers had quoted me over $300.00. Called apple plumbing and sent them a picture of the leak. They quoted $150.00. There were scheduled to come the next day in the afternoon. The next day around 10:30 Stephen called and ask if he could come early, I said sure. He showed up about 10 mins later. Our home failed a hydrostatic test just prior to its sale. Stephen quoted over the phone about 40% what another plumbing company wanted for the repair/replacement of the cast iron. He came out as scheduled, surveyed the job, explained his plan to us, and gave an estimate thousands less than the first company. His crew showed up on time, put down drop cloths so as not to track dirt through our home, and kept us abreast of their progress. Steven has a great crew to help on the digging and prep work that lets him quickly do the actual plumbing. Apple Plumbing is prompt and always available by phone. He gave me an open-end estimate for a sewer line replacement and came in a few hundred dollars under that figure when the final invoice was presented. I would call his company again.
