When is Apple going to fire the stupid programmer who doesn't know how to handle modal dialogs? 1. I noticed that iTunes CPU usage was going through the roof, while not playing any music. Turns out there is a dialog on another desktop where iTunes warns me about something trivial. 2. Right now I want to restart my machine. Click Apple > Restart. I see the focus going away from the current application, so clearly there is a dialog somewhere. But not where I can see it. So I have to power cycle my machine to restart. Stupid st... read more
NO real customer support. How can I support a company that can't even give me the courtesy to at least listen. Maybe the cut on my ear will be proof enough for a different company.
I will never buy another overpriced status symbol from apple. It works sometimes, and it takes 20 minutes at least to speak with a human anytime I call support. I haaaate apple.
