My name is Jacob Ali and I have an iPhone 6 Plus. On 1/5/16 I took my phone to the Apple Store located in @thedomain in Austin, Tx. I took it in because I needed my screen replaced because mine was cracked. My phone worked perfectly other than the screen being cracked. But when I got my phone back an hour later the technician told me my phone had moved while in the device and it erased everything and now my phone does not work at all.
