They responded in a timely manner and answered as many of my questions as they could. Jon was my sales guy and he did an excellent job answering questions and being helpful. I did purchase from them as well Andy review goes for all the employees I interacted with that day.

Quick response initially. Unfortunately, if I ever questioned anything they definitely treated a potential customer in a negative fashion. I asked a clarifying question regarding licensing and the reaction was defensive. I was told a trade in price sight unseen and they backed out. I kept all communications to clarify with them and no follow-up. Austin was the salesman, definitely acted too busy to earn my business. Thankful they sold the vehicle to someoneelse, I'm hoping they were treated with more respect.

I talked with the internet manager and was told there would be no negotiating price and he was extremely arrogant. I took my business elsewhere.
Contacted me promptly, unfortunately the car I was interested in didn’t fit my wants, but they will keep me in mind in case they come across one.
