I tried to make an appointment for my 7 year old & was told because of covid I couldn't come inside the building and my UNDERAGE CHILD would have to go alone! Covid or not my child is not going into some strange office we have never been to before by herself! Maybe 12 and older or after the first visit, after I have met the dentist and my daughter is comfortable but even that is werid. Horrible!!! Complete lack of professionalism and knowledge of patient rights. Since when can you demand to see underage patients without parents written consent or alternative setting for kids with disabilities? They are not allowing parents to accompany children. They are making families wait outside and in violation of HIPPA. Every single staff member came out yelled the patients full name and discussed their medical care and treatment im front of everyone else and the public walking by.
Worst dental experience I have ever had!
had a referral for this place from my 3 year olds regular dentist...was about to make an appointment when I was informed I would not be allowed in the room with my non verbal 3 year old! big NO from me how is this even legal??

RecommendedI brought my daughter here for her first Dental Appointment. Loved the staff!! Felt super comfortable and they were so kind, patient and understanding with my baby. Loved coming here! My sister suggested this location to me because she brings my niece and nephew here. Don't plan on going to another location for her. From the receptionists, dental assistants and the dentist all of the staff were all so caring, sweet and helpful ❤
Disappointed in lack of follow through of care. I had no confidence in my child's safety there.
