This carpet service company is very bad!!!. I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning - Initial price was $150 while scheduling the appointment then at the time of service started bumping price you have bourbon carpet - you will be charged $10 more for room it will additional $40. I said that's fine. After that service crew started saying there are foot prints they will be not cleaned for this price and you need to pay additional price to clean that. Terrible, they did not get the stains out, nice guys but, horrible job. Spend the money for the well known companies. You get what you pay for plus I ended up taking the carpets up because the carpets smelled like sour mildew. I was hoping I could save my carpets but, this company help change my mind 150.00 dollar mistake. Thanks cause my wood floors are better. The stairs a mess, I will be nice the carpets came cleaner but the stains were everywhere.
