Went in today without an appointment (I thought I had one). I spoke with Matt O'Neil on the phone and he let me know to come in as they could accommodate me. Matt came right out to meet me and provided excellent service. I could tell they were busy, since the waiting area was packed, however, I still received great service. Gave salesman my paper work to review and find the best offer, 3 months later, i still dont have my paper work back and havent heard a word from salesman or sales manager. Dealership is BS.
