They replaced my supercharger on my ZL1 and didn't fill intercooler coolant, so my car has been pulling power because of overheating. Took it to them this morning and told them the intercooler needed filled. They didn't fill it, they topped off the radiator. Don't take your vehicle here for service, they don't know what they are doing!
Drove an hour and 15 min to see a truck that was sold 4 days before.....after I asked to be sure truck was still there and woman on the for assured me it was still 4 salel. Bad bait and switch practice I was unhappy to say the least!!!
The woman on the phone was very helpful....the ad had mis-identified the transmission type.
Mike was a great help in buying my cruz. Very patient and showed me everything in the car I needed to know. Explained things so well. I'm so glad I chose Red Lion Chevy. Greg was also a great help with the financial part. I'm beyond satisfied with this dealership. They even offered my child and I something to eat. Great teamwork and friendly crew all round. Dealership is very quick to respond and have you come look at the vehicle. Once I went there for a scheduled test drive - I was told that the vehicle sold - but then came the opportunity for the dealer to "help" find another similar - just way more expensive. The worst part of the experience is that my mechanic recommended them, but after this 'bait and switch' I swore APPLE Dealers off. I feel that someone from the dealership should have called to let me know the vehicle was not available and extend the courteous call and l... read more
