We needed to get a car with 3rd row seating for our growing family but had a price range and needed to get a certain amount for our trade-ins Bc we were still paying on them. Initially this experience was fantastic, Greg, Hong and Sean were very helpful and made the process easy. There was a bump in the road when my post dated down payment check was cashed early and overdrafted my account. Doug, the manager, reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would recommend the dealership but I've learned not to post date checks lol :-)
