Exceptional Service..Friendly and prompt.
I booked an appt that was slated for 3 hours. I waited for 3 hours and was told the job was not completed and I would have to book another appt that would take “an hour”. I booked for my lunch hour the next day. 15 minutes past the hour mark, I checked the location of my vehicle and it was 25 minutes away, stopped on an off ramp. What I was told would take 3 hours took nearly 5. I was late back to work. I was told “Subarus are difficult”. If this is true, appts should be booked for as many hours as are actually required.
I went in one afternoon and I had an appointment for the next morning, which they did on time and were even done earlier than they said they would be. The staff was amazingly, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience.
Pick the top-rated glass repair shop(kempt rd); it truly deserves the high rating. I went there on Dec. 3 around noon, and a nice lady with blonde hair helped me. She is one of the best, with a lot of passion, and gave me helpful advice. I will definitely come back if I have any issues with my car’s glass. Highly recommend!
