Stay away! Money and endless time wasted!!!! 1. they sell you on a lot and offer very little: 2. they claim dedicated onboarding expert - we were bounced around three times for about a year and were never able to get a hold of our dedicated expert. 3. they say they are open to suggestions but they only gaslight you by telling you to create suggestions which never get answered. 4. they tell you they have superb customer service - the amount of times i sent requests and the only answer i got was that they are closing my ticket... read more
We bought a business that uses their software, and we cannot get into the website to make the changes of new ownership and update the site. One star here is too many, I'd give negative stars, if possible. This is super frustrating. I have been trying to contact AppFolio since April 2020, but no one will ever return my call. I have reached out on Social Media, just sent an email now, and left voicemail upon voicemail. I don't know, but you can never tell good businesses from bad because very few make a great effort to write a nice review. We've been using Appfolio for years. Can the support requests be a little slow at times (less than 24 hrs), yes. Are some of the support providers easier to communicate with than others? Sure. All in all, however, I am very glad we have the service and have been overall satisfied.
