Appel’s service department has the best customer service I’ve ever had from a car dealership. Sam, Julian, and Brad were so helpful with the problems I’ve had with my vehicle. And when I didn’t have a ride to pick up my truck after repairs they brought it to my house for me. I highly recommend Appel Ford.
Sam in the service dept. Was very helpful to resolve the issue I was having with my truck. And so was JD! I recently had the tailgate recall done and as usual Sam was a great help. Just had the windshield on my new Maverick replaced, and as always the service was spot on and the final cost was less than quoted!
