Fantastic experience with Dr. Connelly! She was sincere, knowledgeable, professional and SO thoughtful as she provided many delicious treats to distract my puppy as she was giving him shots and chipped him with me present. She also gave great self-care tips and tricks at home to make sure that my high-energy puppy stays entertained with interactive toys that I didn't know existed. You can tell Dr. Connelly loves what she does - and I am so grateful she is my puppy's vet!
Very nice, very helpful. They always have taken very good care of my dog!

I had 2 sick cats I brought into the clinic. I called ahead and was told they could be seen if I could get there quickly. Once I was there, many others came in after me, as walk-ins and were seen before me. I waited over an hour. This is NOT how you should run a business. This is NOT how you treat customers and their animals and this was NOT a one time thing. It’s happened many times. EXTREMELY disappointed in this clinic. Not professional at all.

We moved th Cleveland in 1992 from Virginia Beach, Va. We had a cat that we took to Appalachian and when we obtained our small dog it would only stand to reason that took her there as well. The staff at Appalachian helped us when our small dog had to be put to sleep. They are great people and we now have become friends with all of them. We now have another dog that came to us as a stray and has been with us about five years and is a big part of our family.
