We are only commenting to correct false statements listed above. There was not a medicine error in our hospital and the patient is still in our care until the family makes a decision on when to take the cat home.
People of Cleveland. Everyone needs to boycott Appalachian Animal Clinic off of Spring Place Rd. They refused to take and euthanize a poor cat that wondered up to my parents house. He wasn't going to last long, but my father didn't want him to suffer any longer. After going to the humane society and the SPCA (being turned down at both) he went here. They refused to take the cat and advised my father it would be an hour or so before he could bring him in. Even after my father agreed to pay for the service. Unbelievable! This ... read more

The Dr's are beer nice And knowledgeable, but the front desk staff are rude and have smart attitudes.
Called before making appt and asked price on procedure was told it was 112.50 made the appt took my puppy in and was then told of the "extra" charges ..total bill 211.70 this did include a booster for 22.00 ..those extra charges should have been at least mentioned at the initial call when asked.
We have used Appalachian Animal Clinic for 10 years now. The staff and Docs are always compassionate and caring, especially Dr. Owens! Chris does excellent work grooming Bella our St. Bernard!

I love Appalachian Animal Clinic. All the staff are really nice and have always taken great care of my animals. Also, price wise, they are extremely great! I had a cat that they honestly told me I could have surgery done on to remove fluid but that it would just come back. Not having a costly surgery performed, for no reason, saved me a lot of money!! They could have easily done the surgery and taken the money and never told me anything about it coming right back, but instead they are honest here! I will always take my pets ... read more
