I move to Cleveland in October 2017 and I had an emergency in December and they were great. Since that time I have been there with my other pets cats and dogs for checkups and illnesses. I can't say anything but good things about Appalachian doctors and the staff working there. We have seen Dr Jen Thomas, Dr. Sheila Connelly, and Dr. Ron Stewart and they have all been great. They explain everything to you about procedures, cost, what could happen, what will happen, and everything. They have treated all of my animals kindly a... read more

I have a good experience anytime I'm there and they're always friendly especially with my pets.
You told a senior citizen that services for her beloved dog would cost $200. (Simple tooth extraction). You called her on the phone and told her that the dog was ready. What you failed to tell her on the phone is that the bill would actually be $500. You couldn't tell her on the phone BEFORE you did "extra work" or even after when you raised her bill? No, I guess it's better to hit them with that at the counter and humiliate them. I hate companies that prey on our elderly and yours is on my list now. You're vile people. Keep... read more
