A doctor so bad that previous clients come back so distraught they kill themselves while waiting for the doctor. Don't believe me, Google it.
I got my dog microchipped with Home Again services. This vet office told me that they covered the first year of service with Home Again, and after that first year that Home Again would send me a renewal notice. Well I just got off the phone with Home Again because there was an issue with my enrollment. They told me no fee was paid and if I wanted my dog listed in the system that I needed to pay $19.99. I paid $51.75 for them to put a microchip in my dog that I cannot register with home again without paying an additional fee.... read more
I would like to give a huge shout-out to the doctors and stuff there. We called yesterday with a puppy that had been bit by a copperhead snake up by the Ocoee. We were in a panic that she was not going to make it. We called ahead and they told us they would have everything ready for us when we arrived. Thank you Dr. Stewart and staff for saving that puppy's life we couldn't be happier or more pleased

So very thankful for this group,love them & am thankful for all they do for my little doggy! Thankful to the ones who work up front as well, friendly & chatty The groomer does a great job & my little doggy always comes home smelling great!!!! Thanks to everyone
we were the 2nd owners of a stray named Rocky Flores Nichols. when Joe and Phyllis moved, we took him in. we could not have asked for him to have been treated any better. because he was scared, he rode in the car with me and my son, rode in on my shoulder as he had done with Joe and Phyllis and rode out on my shoulder - i NEVER had a problem and he lived to an old age. thank you so much for the love and care!

We have been going to this wonderful place for the almost 7 yrs. now. They have seen & treated our family. Daisy, Sarge, Isabella, Fiona, & now Snowball. They treat them like their very own. They have smiled, laughed. & even cried as we had to put Fiona down our cat. When our 2 dogs go in there for a check up or even for the wknd. stay they always go right inside with no problems. Each worker are so kind & courteous as they know us all. We can talk to them about any situation.
