For the past year since the new owner our dogs always come back home happy, fresh smelling and shiny. They’re friendly, professional with clean kennels both outside and inside.
I will never ever ever go there again!!! The lady who had been the groomer and did a wonderful job was no longer there. I feel I was misled as to this new persons experience and should have trusted my instincts. If I could give a lower rating I absolutely would.
I have also used this kennel since I moved here. Dan and Jess have been exceptional! As soon as I pull into the drive my dogs get so excited. They love it just as much as I do. I will never go anywhere else!
First time using this kennel and all the great things I had heard were true. Dan was great to work with on pick up/drop off times. Our dog is our family and it means a lot to find someone that you trust to leave him with. We will definitely be repeat customers!
I've used this kennel since I moved here. And I have no reason to look for any other kennel. My dog seems happy when I pick him up and Dan goes out of his way to accommodate you.
We have used this kennel several times and give them five stars across the board. The facility is very clean and spacious. Dan is very nice, professional and understanding. Our dogs actually like going there and are nice and clean when we pick them up. Wouldn't go anywhere else, though there are other boarders much closer to our home. Two thumbs up!
My husband and I had to board our dog for the weekend (hasn't been boarded since he was a year old or so--he normally stays at our daughter's house). Dan and his weekend help were very attentive to his special needs (hip dysplasia). If the need arises in the future, we will definitely call Dan again.
We've had the opportunity to have our dogs board at Apalachee several times and have done so with NO worries. We've also had our smallest dogs groomed while there and they've always looked beautiful! We very highly recommend Apalachee Parkway Pet Grooming and Boarding
