Great Company and products...I am a medical doctor and have used Apollotek alkaline water systems for over four years now. It is absolutely wonderful and amazing. Their service has been highly professional and I highly recommend Apollotek to everyone.
I have used Apollotek whole house water systems and I am truly loving it. The products and service have been wonderful. I am happy now that I am protecting my family from chemical from tap water.
This company is a fraud. They send their representatives out to sell you and once you buy in you are forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemy. My husband and I purchased the system in April 2018. The installer apparently didn’t install the correct hose in order for the system to drain properly because 20 days after installation I came home to water just gushing from the hose. My new yard was flooded with water. I called the customer service department right away and they gave me the instructions to shut ... read more

We purchased a water sofner system in August. it started with the installation, they sent out a plumber who was only an apprentice with no supervision. He cut four holes on the outside of our house before getting the pipe in the right spot, then we had several leaks also had to be repaired. The system has had numerous problems since its installation. The under cabinet alkalizing system has leak twice and completely ruined my kitchen cabinet which is only a year old. Great company, they have excellent products.
DO NOT fall for this SCAM. It is a waste of money & a total crock. These so-called water purification companies like to prey on new homeowners with these water conditioning scams. They perform these silly little science experiments to make you believe something is wrong with your water & con you into buying their system which is supposedly so much better (it isn’t!). I like this company, they great prices and excellent service!
We have had our alkaline water systems for two years now and it has met all my expectations. The customer service department has been extremely helpful. I am a Physician and highly recommend it to every boday. My PH and ORP has been perfect
