We purchased their well water system early February this year and a month after the water started smelling like rotten eggs. They replaced the system and installed a new one but stated that if it did not solve the issue they will remove them and cancel the service. Now that we have the smelling issue again, they are telling me that it must be the well pump when clearly it was not happening with my previous system. They have no clue what so ever of the system needed to treat well water here in Florida. I would never reccomend... read more
I’d purchase their water system, but it did not work in our house, we spoke to Carlos Guzman promised he will personally take care of the issue but he didn’t instead he was very rude, hang up the phone and left us with the problem! Very disappointed in customer service and quality!
I purchased our new water systems from Apollotek and I have been truly impressed and happy with the products and their services. My new Equinox system is huge and amazing. It truly removes all chemicals and hardness and I would never want to be without it.
Apollotek International products and their customer service have been remarkably wonderful and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone. I also had a great honest professional representative helping me to make the right decision. We can not be any happier.
WARNING: This company takes your money and hides. We have had two leaks due to the technician putting the softener in wrong . Our cabinets are distorted and we still have a leak. If we had not paid in full we would stop payment. They refuse to return or answer our calls . DO NOT TRUST THEM
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with they don’t return my phone calls ever it must be a complete scam you people that are giving them good reviews try calling them, I tried to contact them so I can relocate my system, since my house was for sale they never called me back and now the house is sold and we do not know what to do, I want OUT of this contract!!!!
