Verified Renter Staff actually try to help out it’s tenets, Most of the tenets are fine but their is a very vocal minority.
Verified Renter I'm unimpressed, the pool has been closed, they took out childrens play area and haven't replaced it, They don't do regular community events. I have had issues with management where they were rude and disrespectful.
Verified Renter This is the second year that we came back at Avana West Hill. We are snowbirds and come back every summer for 4 months. I like that the surrounding parking lots are very quiet. As long as the apartment leasing term did not change, we’d probably come back every year. Just thought that maybe the management will give some kind of incentives for repeat tenants ??
