Verified Renter Lovely scenery. The master bedroom is amazing. The building unit system is the best I've seen. That along with the layout of the apartment complex makes it very easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Worst Management We've Ever Had My partner and I have lived here for 2 years and it's been nothing short of frustrating when it comes to management. The previous management that we had was actually really great. Super responsive, very nice people, and cared about the community. Then, once Greystar took over, things went downhill really quickly. They decided to do some construction on the property and felt like it was a good idea to allow shipping containers to cover 8 of the free parking spaces near our building for months, ... read more

Management doesn’t care is right Management is not responsive at all. No returned emails for me regarding a 6 month old issue. They have heard from me numerous times and only returned silence. I am sad and frustrated. I completely agree with the other review regarding Greystar. The company took my deposit for an apartment that was not available. Management doesn't care My car got broken into three times in 6 months, twice in one week. Front office person sounded bored the first time I reported, second time said they didn't have any plans on adding cameras to the buildings/ parking lot. So if you move in, just know there isnt ANY kind of security if someone breaks in. They don't enforce the parking rules, so a bunch of people park for free leaving no spaces for the suckers who actually paid for their car to park. Wow I agree with the reviewer who posted not too long ago as soon as my lease is up I am out of here. The old crew and management was awesome they still set rules and knew what they had to do but also let the renter's have a quality of life and likes it's your home. NOW the new management and staff are annoying don't listen and rather yell at you for anything and everything then let you live and know you can't just enforce what didn't use to be in a snap of a finger.
