Verified Renter Avana West Hills is beautiful from the outside and alright on the inside, Management is a little hard to get a hold of and when emails are sent out,?it’s being sent from a totally different property which they also own and does not pertain to anything that’s happening in our complex. Maintenance is horrible and the parking lot is flooded with garbage and debris, especially on the weekends.

Verified Renter Avana West Hill, in my opinion, is a very safe & quiet community. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Easy access to highway 5 and 167.

Verified Renter AVANA WEST is a nice place to live compared with other places I visited. The issue I had with my rent is solved now because I pay my full amount every month no balance so that I don't get fake bill anymore. I love AVANA WEST clean and alot of parking, our cars are safe and you can see the parking lot when in your house it's a beautiful design ??

Verified Renter The maintenance team in this apartment is the worst ever. I had a leaking water at the back of my toilet and a air fan in the bathroom that don’t work well. I called the office and they said they filed those problems as emergency. Yet nobody even showed up. They called and they not showed up without even saying anything.
