Verified Renter Overall a really good move in and living experience so far! I really like how affordable it is for how nice of an area it is.
Verified Renter Horrible management, they let people smoke in units and all over property. Thinking a community email will fix it. Overall a nasty place. False security camera signs.
Verified Renter Avana is a great appartment I feel safe to live there

Verified Renter I always write a review and nothing seems to change. It smells like weed 24/7 there isn’t even a park to take my son to . Kids are running around their bikes in the streets that people drive 20mp
