Honestly one of the smoothest purchases I’ve made.. I was able to contact by phone and get information i needed before I made a 50+ mile drive to see one of my dream cars. Mona made me comfortable to confide and let her know I was taking such a big risk by getting a stick shift car and it being my first. She was patient with me, and her husband, mike, was able to give me pointers and a quick class in a test drive as I checked the mechanics of the vehicle. Dealing with Mona was a wonderful experience, especially for being from out of the area and not knowing anything about their dealership, no referrals, and taking ‘a chance’ on my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Despite taking my time to check it out and even extending my test drive due to construction, Mona was patient, friendly, available for questions but not over my shoulder. Integrity and Professionalism are my first thoughts about Apex Motors. I purchased a nice car from the ever so sweet Mona, but what I really wanted was a beautiful black F-150, but I didn't have the required down payment. 3 days later, I returned and asked Mona, "What would it take to get into that F150?" She replied, "A little bit more down payment." I asked her, "If I give you the rest in 30 days, can I trade vehicles now?" After consulting with her husband (true gentleman), she agreed.
