I'm excited to find such a knowledgeable physical therapist who genially loves what she does for a living and cares about her patients. I went to Alicia after getting a referral from ARC. My back, groin and IT bands were in so much pain. I am a long distance runner and I had already canceled races because of it. Alicia helped pin point the reasons why I was in pain and was able to get me pain free and back to running! I will always be grateful to her for what she was able to accomplish.
Dr. Shugart is amazing! My neck and should had been hurting for months before I finally gave in and went to see my doctor. She highly recommended Dr. Shugart and now I see why. She takes a lot of time assessing your issue, gets to the root of it, and comes up with an effective treatment plan. My neck and shoulder feel great!
Alicia is so helpful! She really takes her time at learning what the issue is and providing you with detailed feedback on how to fix it and explains why what's happening is happening. If you follow her tips and exercises you will see tremendous improvement, guaranteed! Couldn't imagine letting any other person work on me.
